Hey team,
We're planning on doing a sandbox refresh. On looking at the support documentation (https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-product-sandboxes/) there was no mention if users would still be able to log into and use Jira Production during the sandbox refresh?
Any help appreciated :)

I assume that you'd have access, but I haven't tried it myself. If you don't find an answer here, maybe you can address the question to Atlassian support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

I got in contact with our TAM team who clarified that production would be fine as long as the URLs are not shared between prod and sand (in our instance, they're different).
