Product created outisde of [ORG DOMAIN]

Hello, 

We recently got an email from Atlassian that stated two of our users currently administer 2 products outside the organization. 

These two users did so accidently. I tied to help one of them with deleting it but we get this error. Wondering what we need to do to get it removed?

For which of the message are you asking for help?

Are you wanting to delete the products and the organizations, or do you want to transfer the products to your company organization and then delete the organizations created by the users?

Hi Trudy, it's for the error in red at the bottom. We are unable to remove the org this user created,

Hello @pedro.o 

As per the message, the Organization includes Products which need to be deleted before you can delete the Organization.

In that Organization go to Billing and select Manage next to one of the Products. Then select Delete for each product shown on the Manage Subscriptions screen.

After deleting all the products you should be able to delete the Organization.
