We have a issue in EazyBI where Profields custom fields not visible in EazyBI Source Application.
Before it was visible to us and suddenly it has disappeared.
What could be the reason?

Regarding your concern, we believe that it would be a good idea that you contact them to receive support. You can open a support request through their support portal: https://eazybi.com/contact
Hopefully, they can confirm this, but we believe that by upgrading to their latest version 6.3.0 this issue will be fixed. Please, confirm this with them before upgrading.

@Rohitkumar Gupta as @Fede Baronti -Deiser- already mentioned you would like to use the eazyBI version 6.3. This version contains several updates and fixes to work with the Project track version 7.7.2.

We have updated some hours before and now we can see this error related to Profield
How do we resolve it

All error message indicates there is no such dimension Profields ESR Nom in the account.
Please check if the import options contain the custom field selection for Profields (Projectrak). Please note in version 6.3 there should be new names for the Profields(Projectrak) custom fields. It should be visible as Projectrak ESR Nom
Select it for import. If you did not run the import in the account just yet after the import, the import should pick up the custom field name and replace them.
Unfortunately, any next import will not replace the dimension names on the second or any next import after the upgrade. Then you can replace the dimension names in the report definitions:
- export report definitions
- paste it in some plain text/code editor
- repalce Profields with Projecttrak
- import back report definitions
3. eazyBI still might show errors for invalid formulas. You would like to check and fix them individually. You can run the mass revalidate option as well: Create a new empty report and modify the URL by adding /revalidate at the end of it and run it.
Revalidate should recheck all the measures and remove the error from them if they are valid (have correct dimensions).
