Project Permissions Correct -- Project Still unreachable

One of my users (user@domain.com) is trying to open a project

He has permission as "Administrators" and as "Developers"

He receives the error message "You can't view this board", as you can view in the attached file

What else is missing for my user to be able to access that site?

Hi,

You also need to share the filter the board is based on with the user.

You can find the filter used in the configuration page of the board in General.

If the user do not have access to the board at all that means, the filter is not shared with him.

If the user can see the board but the board is empty, or display less issues as expected that means there is permission missing at the project level.

Hope it will help you troubleshooting this type of issues in the future.

I also recommend to not shared user information on the internet and would have grey out the name and replace it by a fake name in the example.

I have added the user as an editor to the project board.  I will update this ticket once he confirms that the issue is resolved
