Project Version History

Hi - we are trying to clean up all the versions listed under Releases for our project. The ProjectVersion table does not contain when the version was created and by whom. Does the Jira DB have this information anywhere? We have a lot of versions without issues that we'd like to remove but need to reach out to the creator first.

No, it doesn't log this directly.  You may want to have a look in the audit log, but bear in mind that gets cleared out regularly.
