How can we know that number of issues added in a project?

you can search with JQL for issues in project and see how many results it returns.

though, you will only get the issues you have permissions to see

if you are on server/dc, look for a "issues" button in the top menu, "search for issues" and either select a project you want in a "basic search" view or use "project = KEY" (your project key) in advanced search view.

if you are using cloud, the "search" button is on the left and procedure is pretty much the same

Dunno, guess, as I said earlier, you might not have permissions to see those issues.

I have admin Permissions. is there any possibility that they are been hidden or i need any other permission, just to clarify i can see them in Prod Environment. But in Staging not showing. This is related to one specific project and other are appearing if i follow your above instructions.

wait, staging and production are two different jiras, so if you have issues on production, there are just probably none on staging.

speaking of permissions, there's a "browse project" permission which you probably have, but sometimes even admins might be excluded from it.

you can csv export-import issues of course, but why would you need same list of issues on staging?

They are already showing from project side. But the queues not appearing as appearing for other projects.

If you are using a server, go to project settings (cog item in a bottom left while you have any of this project page open), then reindex (should be jira admin i believe).
