Public shared dashboards when accessed as anonymous only shows Introduction and Heat Map gadgets. Others gadgets are showed only when a user is logged in. All permissions and group are assigned just as described in documentation. Workaround for this bug?

Hi Andres,

With Jira 7, much of the Jira Agile features are not available to anonymous users.  This includes dashboard gadgets.  There is a helpful KB though that might be able to provide some work-around solutions here.  Please see Anonymous User does not have Access to JIRA Agile Features after Upgrade to JIRA 7 for details.

This work-around involves you creating a separate service account and then including the username and password in the URL directly as a means to show this data to a group of users.
