Hello,

I have an issue where people are tracking time on closed tickets.  How can I turn this off so this doesn't happen again?

@Clare Lawson

Add the property jira.permission.work.denied to your workflow for the Closed status.

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/

Thanks,

Kian

Thanks. It doesn't seem to work. I added the property to Done Status and can still add Tempo hours.

Hi @Clare Lawson

Can you please confirm that the workflow was published after the property was added to the Status.
Without this, the change will not be active.

Best regards,
Susanne

I was missing the 'publish workflow' step!  Thank you, both.
