Dear Jira Team,
First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincere apologies for reaching out at this time. I have encountered some technical issues, and a friend suggested that it might be due to the short time frame for filling in Story Points, which may have caused Jira to not read the updates correctly. I am currently using Jira to create a project and have completed a series of operations involving Sprints, Versions, and Epics.
However, when I completed two Sprints, I noticed that the Burn Down Chart and Sprint Report in my reports were not updating with my Story Points, resulting in incomplete graphical reports. While I am certain that I have filled in the Story Points, they are not displayed in the reports. Therefore, I have now attempted to switch to another project to try to replicate the previous operations.
While I have completed my portion of the work, I have refrained from clicking the "Start and Finish Sprint" button due to concerns that the Story Points table might still be blank, which could negatively impact the progress of the project.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but I truly need your assistance. Thank you for your patience and support, and I hope you have a wonderful day.
Hi @YAYOI OwO
Thank you for the detailed information from you side.
Without starting the sprints Jira Would not be able to show you the Burndown / Sprint Reports. Try starting the sprints and see if that helps.
Thank you,
Bhanu
Thank you very much for your reminder, but it wasn't because of that. Anyway, I've resolved my issue, possibly due to a network issue. Thanks again
