Jira? Maybe you mean Jira Service Desk? Can you access the project?

Ok so you are on server and it appears you are indeed looking at JSW and not JSD. I am not aware of the existence of Queues in JSW. Why are you expecting queues? Maybe those exist with some addon?

I can see the issues through Project option. But if i want to add issues in same project how can i add? And also can you assist how i can see them as they are existing.

Ok so this is quite confusing as this indicates it is a JSD project. Things look quite different in server and something isn’t making sense here. I would like to see the entire sidebar. In any case go into project settings > people and verify your role. Add yourself as an agent just to check.
