Quick filer only working for Program owner/NOT working for program members even permissions granted

Dear Community 

I'm using BigGantt of JIRA to schedule my projects & all is working fine until I use quick filter. 

Context: I'd like to create a quick filter which shows only the tasks assigned to several members (not ALL members). 

Behavior: 

• When NO filters : 
  • Everyone (Me & users granted permission) can see all the sub-tasks (around 200 sub-tasks) 
• When filters applied: 
  • Only me (project owner) can see the filtered sub-tasks 
  • Other members (even full permissions granted) are not able to see anything | the dashboard is all empty. 

Question: 

How can i fix this issue to make the sub-tasks visible for assigned members after applying quick filter ?

Hello, I need more details. I couldn't recreate your issue, I'm on Jira Server. This is what I found:

1. Having created the 'Only some assignees' quick filter in BigGantt, I applied it to the actual Gantt chart (not to the gadget). Jql behind the 'Only some assignees' filter goes as follows: assignee in (some name here).

Both the actual Gantt chart and a Jira dashboard with the Gantt chart gadget got the filter applied, that is only tasks with the Marcin assignee are now visible, while other tasks are hidden, see fig. 1. I'm on account 1 (let's say a product owner) doing this.

2. Now. what the account 2 (let's say a regular user) can see? I'm logged in to the other account in an incognito tab of Firefox browser. Account 2 can see an unfiltered Gantt chart, as well as an unfiltered dashboard gadget, see fig. 2.

Am I missing something? Are you on Server or Cloud?

Greeting Marcin. First of all, thanks for your response. 

I'm on JIRA server too. 

Recently I found out with my team that the filters created need to share the permissions with the team. Then, sharing the permission for the quick filters fix this issue.
