Hi,
Is there a possibility to search issues contained in a specific structure using the structure name ?
My problem is that admin have disabled the "insert" generator and my structure isn't updated if my end-users create the type of issue that I need in my structure.
I have to find the missing issue myself by filtering newly created issues and check which ones i have been missing since my last check..it is very time consuming
thanks
regards

Hi Galmiche,
Thanks for posting.
It his certainly possible to search Issues contained in s specific structure using the structure name. However, this might not be the best way to resolve the issues you face. For instance, you can use the following JQL:
issue in structure(Galmiche's structure)
But that will show you the Issues that are already in the specified structure but won't help much with the new Issue Types that you need which may have been added by your peers, as you described.
Instead, may I suggest taking advantage of the Two-Panel Mode?
If you open the Secondary Panel, you can run a JQL for the desired Issue Type. Then, you can click on the button (highlighted below) between the Search/Filter and the Current View buttons to only show the matching Issues that are not already in your structure on the Left Panel. From there, you can select and drag/drop the issues you want into your structure on the left.
Best Regards,
Vlad
