Quick filter only my issues, but all subtasks (regardless of who is assigned to subtask)

Robin Augustinus May 6, 2019

I am trying to create a filter that is a slight adjustment to the "only my issues" filter.

Question 1a) I would like a filter that shows all issues assigned to the current user. Within these issues, I would like to show all subtasks within these issues, regardless of who they are assigned to (even if they are not assigned at all).

Question 1b) What I would like even better, is to show all issues assigned to the current user, and within this, subtasks that are assigned to the current user AND subtasks that are not assigned. But this might be a bit much to ask, so I would be happy already with just question 1a :)

Hi Robin,

Do you have ScriptRunner installed?

If so:

assignee = currentUser() OR (assignee is EMPTY AND issueFunction in subtasksOf("assignee=currentUser()"))

I do not think we have it installed no. Would the query I want not be possible without it?

I fear you'll need some plugin, yes

Alright, thanks :)

Installing scriptrunner is not really an option here I think, but thanks for the advice!
