R4J- Extract / Display comments

I have some reqs with comments attached and I want to either see those in the table view, or somehow extract them, e.g. export them to some kind of file, listed by object number.

There doesn't seem to be an option to include "comments" in the table view or in the reading view.

Please don't tell me I need another add-in to achieve this.

right, table view and reading view do not support the comments.

You can generate an template based export into MS Word:

Why isn't it consistent? If I have attributes for a requirement, they should all be treated the same, i.e. able to export/filter the same way. I know there might be multiple comments on a requirement, but it cannot be impossible to concatenate those to a table cell, for example.
