RE: Accessing OC JIRA and Confluence for ISP project

I’m working on a project and trying to access the JIRA and Confluence via the Single Sign-On page. When I attempt to use my credentials the login is rejected.

You will need to talk to your admins, the ones who control access to the tools you refer to as "OC Tools" (we don't know what they are, we're not part of your organisation)

I don't think that would help you at all.

You need to talk to your administrators, maybe ask them for a call?
