REST API For obtaining custom fields configuration details

Hi community, please could you advice me some REST API for fetching all configuration data about particular custom field? For example i have my Insight custom field configured somehow, does any way exist for obtaining details of such configuration?

Sorry about i have not mentioned it before , but i am looking for solution from server side not from cloud. Does any solution exist from the server side?

Also i found this REST API: https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/8.22.6/#customFieldOption-getCustomFieldOption but i have 404 Status trying to find my insight custom field , could you give an advice why i get such error even if i logged in under admin permissions
