REST API - missing user key in Reporter and Assignee fields

on 19-Feb-2020, in /rest/api/2/issue/{issueKey}/?expand=renderedFields, I can extract the user key from Reporter and Assignee fields.

today I cannot find the key anymore from the api result. I'm not sure if there is an update from JIRA API to hide the key of user or I'm messing it up somewhere.

I'm looking for the advice from experts on this site.

Previously, I based on user key to generate the email address. 

Even though I have the account id, I can't see the email address of another user. 

Is there a way to see the email address of other users?

hi @DPKJ,

The email address is not retrievable from the API regardless I'm using the admin account :( 

I have to get the email from a local file.

Your are welcome @Phong Nguyen , I will update this thread if I discover some other ways to deal with email ids.
