Rank and Issues shared by more projects

Hi,

I have Issues in one project and it is "shared" (through board - jql query) to another projects. The ranking (sorting) Issues is according to "home" project or it is saved in each project that those Issues shows on board (I know I can edit it in each projects)?

Neither.  The ranking field is (usually) global, so each issue is ranked globally across every project.
