Recommendations for projects/tasks management addon?

Hi,

I'm looking for an addon that will meet my org needs:

• High level project planning - get an ETA based on tasks and resources
• Team tasks management - to be used by team manager
• Minimum maintenance - we'd like to work with small resolution tasks (2-3 days) and simply update when they're done rather than update on inside task progress.
• Scheduling flexibility - would like to have the flexibility of shifting tasks schedule manually
