Recommended MS SQL database requirements for Jira or any other Atlassian DC apps

Is there any documentation which describes system requirements of MS SQL Database server for Jira or any other Atlassian apps on DC.

What exactly would you like to see as requirements ? 

1. Let's understand your size of instance

3. The next one why do you want to setup MS SQL ? 

4. How many active users do you have ?

5. Automatisations .

In that situation I do recommend you double with local DBA.

If we consider Medium size instance, what will be database server requirements
