Recurring tasks jira

Hi,

I want to work with recurring tasks in jira. Is there a template I can use or can someone please help me implement that? Unfortunately my first attempts were incorrect.

Use Case: one specific tasks needs to be done every 3 months by 3 persons & another specific tasks every 6 months by another team.

Hi, @Jana Jäger ! In this case, you can use the Business Process Manager add-on, developed by my team.

You can set a schedule that helps to create tasks automatically and don`t forget about recurring processes.

If the automation rule you are trying is not working as expected, please consider posting images of your complete rule and the audit log details showing any errors.  That may provide more context for the community to offer suggestions.  Thanks!

And, with two different cadences (3 months and 6 months) I suspect you will need two different rules.
