Regarding Post Functions

I have Set a Post Function while creating an issue Which is as follows:

The Time Spent of the issue will be set to 5m.

 

However, it doesn't work. Please let me know how to make this work.

Hi Anil,

The Time spent field expects a number representing the number of seconds. So you should provide 300 for 5 minutes.

Which post-function are you using to set the Time Spent?

And is this on the Server or on the cloud?

Post Functions for updating the issue field has been used.

This is on Cloud and Not on server.
