Relate one JIRA ticket to several Cases in SF

Hi,

We are looking for connecting JIRA and SF but we would need a confirmation that it could meet the following use case that we have. 

Let me explain :

We have a person in charge of managing the JIRA tickets for our partners and we have a support team managing cases in SF when the partner sends us a bug.

Sometimes we have global bugs that can affect many partners, for this we would like to relate the cases to the same JIRA ticket and ideally that once the JIRA is updated with the solution, it updates the several cases related to the JIRA ticket.

Do you know if this is something that can be achieved through the SF/JIRA connection ?

Hi @anissa.hocine

Welcome to the community.  Yes, this is possible via a plugin where you can create/update tickets between the two systems

The app information can be found here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214214/connector-for-salesforce-and-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

There are other plugins as well, but I know that this one works very well.
