I face a few challenges by setting up plans in advanced Roadmaps and have two questions:

1) Is it possible to allocate 1 release in Plans to more than 1 cross project release?
2) Is it possible to allocate more than 1 release per project to 1 plan?

Thanks for helping.

Hi again @jeroen_wilmes,

Pretty straightforward answers to both questions:

1) No. A single project release can only be allocated to 1 cross-project release.

2) Yes. You can include as many releases from a project in a plan.

Hope this helps!

answer 1: OK, good to know.

answer 2: It is for me not possible to add a second release (version) from one project to a cross project release. Once a release from a project has been allocated to a cross project release, that project is greyed-out and can not be selected anymore.
