Releases page formatting

In the expanded Releases section, the formatting appears to look off. Any ideas? I have v7.2.10. It onyl happens after I try to view the details on a release.

weird. is it persistent after clearing cache? different browser?

Chrome, Firefox. I cleared the browser cache. I haven't tried a server cache and restart.

if it is happening on multiple browsers then cache clearing unlikely to produce different results. Are all users seeing this?
