Remove Licencing and Apply to a New Server Question

Hello,

I have purchased a Jira and Confluence licenses.  These licenses where applied to a server which I am having issues with.  I have setup a new server for Jira and Confluence and I need to move the licenses to the new server.

How do I go about doing this.  I have looked at the Atlassian for my licenses and in the software but I just don't see how to do this.

Hi Rob,

As long as you only have one instance running you should be able to copy over the license key to the new server. This link may help you with steps on updating your license details.
