Unfortunately, there is no way to delete your own questions at the moment. I found a similar question below and it seems like you will need to contact an admin in order to delete them. I am also asking internally if this can be done immediately. I will keep you updated.

In the future, I think deleting questions should be easier than what it is now hence I added a suggestion in the comment as well.
Once your questions are deleted, I believe your name should not be shown as well.
