Hello Team Community,
I'm having a problem with tickets type story that are in my last column in the ABANDONED state.
When I finish a sprint, the tickets of type story that are in my last column in the ABANDONED state, do not leave the board. So when I start a new sprint, they are always present in my last column.
These Users Stories are attached to Features that are still in the CURRENT state. Do you think the Users Stories tickets stay in the table because the Feature is ON? Because the Users Stories that were in the DONE state no longer appear in the table.
Can you tell me where the problem might be coming from? Cause I don't want to see those tickets in my sprints anymore.
Here’s a screenshot below.
Thank you for your help.
For issues that you transition to this Abandoned status, is the Resolution field on those issues also being set?

Hello,
Yes, there is a Resolution field on the transition of this state.
But the Ticket Resolution is set to "Not Accepted".

Is this a Classic project or a Next Gen project?
Doe these issue have any sub-tasks associated with them, where the sub-tasks have not been marked as Abandoned (or changed to another "closed" status)?

Can you post the solution so that other community members can learn from this?

The situation is as follows:
The “ABANDONNEE” state was mapped. Thus, tickets that had this condition, were not present in the table. By adding this state to the table again, the tickets appeared in the table. And by the end of the sprint, they disappeared.
