Are there any services available basis which I can keep a check on people leaving my organization so that I can remove their access. I think getting SSO with Atlassian Access done I should be achieve that but I want to try another option, if available.
Hi, @Mayur Gaikwad_Tech PMO !
My team has developed Business Process Manager add-on. It`s a tool that helps to automate complex recurring procedures such as the onboarding of new employees or offboarding.
You need to create a template of the process once, and then use it as many times as you need. Also, you don`t need to have some special skills or admin access to maintain processes in Jira BPM.
I suggest booking a demo call with our product manager to find the best solution in your case
UPD: Check our article about offboarding in Jira

Hi Bloompeak Support,
I just started using this tool and it's been wonderful for activating/ deactivating. Is there a way to also remove the user from the Jira/ Confluence instance as well? I know they're not necessarily getting billed to our account, but I'm curious on how to go about this. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the information.
But, even using this add-on still it will be a manual activity right?
I need my access management system to connect with Jira site and anyone whose identity is not in access management system should update & remove access rights on Jira site as well.
