Reporting from Jira users and roles

I would like a report from Jira. The report must contain:
users with the roles per project across all projects.
Is there a standard option within Jira

Out of the box it's not possible on Jira cloud to extract this information, you could try an cloud addon for achieving your requirement.

We have the Xporter there is also a template for users and roles. I only see templates for issue.
