How can one create a report for a period of time (monthly, weekly, or chosen period) that contains the list of tickets created in the selected period of time and the status of each of them at the end of the period?

Hi @ULTRA Support

Are you looking for a simple filtered list of issues?

For example...

---

Filtered List

  • Select Filters from the top navigation menu
  • In the drop-down, select Advanced Issue Search
  • Ensure the "View" is set to List View - the option to change this is a grey button to the right of the "Search" button
  • Set your search preference - either Basic Search or JQL - using the hyperlink to the right of the "Search button"
  • Search for your issues - for example, to find issues created within 30 days of today...
    • Basic Search:
      • Select "+More"
      • Add the Created Date field
      • Select the parameters for this field, and press "Update"
    • JQL:
      • Enter createdDate >= -30d ORDER BY created DESC into the search bar - the ORDER BY orders the issues in newest > oldest order. You could change this to ASC to reverse the order
  • Once you have your search results - you can also change the columns visible on your list. Select the "Columns" drop-down and select relevant fields, like Status. You could also reorder the columns on your view by dragging/dropping the titles into the right order.

---

You could save this search as a filter also, and represent it in a different way using a Dashboard Gadget. See how Dashboards work on this help page
