Reset the factory settings of Incoming Mail and Mail Handlers

I can't go back to the initial configuration for sending and replying emails through Jira. Is there a way to do it?

The "factory settings" is to not have any email handlers configured, and for the send, use the default notification scheme

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- Someone edited our "Default Notification Scheme". Do you know what it is out of the box?

From memory, every event triggers a notification to all watchers, the reporter and the current assignee.  I think Issue create also notifies the project lead, but I'm not 100% sure of that.
