Resize team-managed project columns like in company-managed projects

How do we get the width of board columns in team-managed projects to resize to full width like in company-managed projects? See screenshots as example. I find the full width is much easier to read but I don't want to migrate to a company-managed project.

You can't. This was designed to be like this in both team and company managed projects.

To have this type of columns yes. Also, migration doesn't really exist, just moving from one project to another, but there are limitations when moving from team managed to company managed projects, which you can find here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/migrate-between-team-managed-and-company-managed-projects/
