Resolution says Done, but task still open on my sprint

Hi there

I'm struggling to understand why the status of my task which is in Done with resolution showing 'done' still won't close when I close the sprint?

I've checked the post function and it is correct, see screenshot.  Not sure what to do to fix it. Stories will resolve correctly when moved to done.

What do you mean by "won't close when I close the sprint"? Do you get any error message when finishing the sprint?

What happens is when I try to close the sprint it says I have 27 incomplete issues, however most are sitting in 'done'

I see! Sprints consider issues as done if they are on the far right column. If you move your Done column to the right, it should all be ok.

Hi @Sarah 

By the way... looking at your board I see you have an "on hold" column/status.  Is that condition a normal part of your team's workflow?

If not, instead consider removing that column/status and instead use the Blocker indicator flag for things like that.
