Hello,
When i create a ticket in particular project Resolved date (Not a custom filed) is created auto populated in the ticket view screen. Due to the issue ticket Created date and Resolved date is same.
Resolved date filed is not added in the issue type screen (create,edit,view) screens.
Regards;
I wonder if the Resolution is getting auto populated at creation via a workflow faux pas.
Hello Jack,
Thanks for your update.
But the issue is once ticket is created.
Ticket created date, updated date and resolved date are updated with the same date and time.

understand. So first, if your issue is not resolved by my response please uncheck the "answer accepted" as that should only be done once you are satisfied that an answer hits the mark.
So let's dig into what is going on. Clearly something is automatically setting these fields. Where I was going with my initial 'answer' was that maybe the Resolution field is part of the Create screen or possibly even the workflow was updating the Resolution field. Can you please inspect your screens to see if you have a Create screen with Resolution included and also check your workflow post functions for the create transition?
Other possibility - you have some automation/script that is causing this. Do you have Scriptrunner, Automation for Jira, Power Scripts or some other addon that might explain this? Can you check project settings for any such automation that might be triggering?
