Resolved issues still showing up in backlog

One of our teams is having some trouble with their backlog. There are issues showing up in the backlog view, even though they have a resolution and are in the "final" status of the board (i.e. the status in the right-most column of the board.)

Can anyone help me out here?

Hi @Esther Strom 

Is your Done status the last one on your board?  My understanding is that only the issues in status (es) mapped to the last column on the board disappear from the backlog.

Sorry, I just noticed the second screenshot doesn't make it clear that you're seeing the final column. Yes, the column labeled "Done - Truly Complete" which contains the Done status is the final column on the board. That's why we're confused as to why these issues are still displaying.

That is a puzzle then...

What is the filter for your board?

And, would you provide a screenshot showing the top of your backlog indicating an item that is done?  Maybe use a quick filter to do so.

Our filter is super-simple:

project = RALTSS AND component = "Team PegaSUS" ORDER BY Rank DESC

Here's the strange thing: we've made no changes at all to the filter or the board settings since I posted this Friday, but when I look at the backlog now, I'm no longer seeing the issues in question. Maybe it just took time for something to update behind the scenes?
