Restrict permission/changes for certain fields

Hi All,

I have 2 questions/problems which I'm facing right now and I hope you can help me out on those.

1. How do I set up the following configuration:
   The project lead should only be able/allowed to change the due date if
   Condition 1: the parent issue is not blocked and
   Condition 2: no linked issue is "blocked by" or "blocked"
   I've already spent some to researching how and If I'm able to set this up.
2. I want to apply restrictions for the worklog, so that not every user has the ability to change the Original estimate etc.
   Does the Original estimate field fall under the category of "Time Tracking Permissions" or where do I have to make the necessary changes?

Hello @Oliver Trang 

Jira does not natively offer that level of control over field editing.

Are you open to paying for third party apps to achieve your requirement?

thank you for your response, After discussing this request again, we've decided to not apply that heavy of restrictions and rather to grand the employee more freedom.
