Restrict renaming project name

Hi Atlassian Community, 

Could you please tell, is there any possibility to restrict renaming project from user perspective? 

Even it's some script or so, would be perfect.

If the user is a Project admin then they can change. Don’t make someone a project admin without proper training.

But human factor still works here. 

After some time people start to change Project Name. That's why looking into opportunity to "hide" this option.

unfortunately you cannot hide specific edit capabilities.

there is no solution I'm aware of to restrict the renaming of projects that isn't related to just restricting administer projects permission to those people who are aware of what they should/must not do.

It's not even possible after playing with deep Jira configuration on the server?
