I want to restrict a specific issue, you can only view this specific issue, only the reporter, watcher and assignee.
These are particular cases, privacy, problems with passwords in the description, etc.

You have the option to apply a different Security Level to each issue or no security level at all. You don't have to populate that field.

I think I understand the logic! I created a new security scheme and security level; I created a user group called 'DBA'; and attaches to that level; it was also necessary to assign the reporter to that level of security.
Goal was reaching.
