Rich text editor enabling

Hi,

We're using Jira Cloud (I found Jira b6828223 - not sure if this is a version or what).

I wish to enable the rich text editor, but can't find it's setting (I have admin permissions)

Dear @danny.shapiro ,

goto: Jira Settings -> Issues -> Field Configurations. Select your desired scheme (configure) and search for the fields "Description" and/or "Comment". The is a "Renderers" link on the right side of each field. Select there Wiki Style.

I configured "Description" field it is working fine, however having problem to configure "comments" field. 

Anyone suggestion?

I am doing just that but I still cannot get the top bar to appear. It says 'Wiki Style-renderare' but it just appears as a plain field in spite.
