S-JQL to find only projects that have issues which are pulled into a structure (any)

We are moving from Jira Server to Cloud and trying to plan how/when to move the Structure Plugin.  We are doing a 2 phased approach, but the phase boundary is being obscured by Structure. 

We have 88 Structure enabled Project. 43 are in phase 1, 45 are in phase 2.  (The boundary is for project connected to Jira Align or not, which of course are different from whether they have structures or not).

I need to identify of the 45 projects not planned for phase 21 how many of those project have active structures pulling in an issue from just those projects and the name of the structure.

We have ~900 structures to sort through. More than half are probably abandoned.

I'm not sure this can be accomplished, but I've reached the end of whatever I could find in documentation, etc.  Any  help much appreciated.

 It is not possible to find the list of all projects of issues that are added to structures. But there are things you can try that can at least give you some ideas: 

1. Check the Projects with Structure list at Administration | Structure | Configuration. If not all projects are enabled there then it is safe to say that projects that are missing on the list are not being used in any structures - it is not possible to add issues to any structure from a project that is not on that list.
2. In the log at Administration | Structure | Support | View Performance Audit log you can search for project on the page and find all JQL queries or formulas that reference projects in structures. Please note - if a certain project is not mentioned here, it doesn't necessary mean that its issues are not present in any structure; it just means that are no references to that project through JQL queries and formulas. This method can help to determine projects that are definitely being used.
3. In Structure 8.2 we introduced a new 'Last Opened' column on the Manage Structures page which displays when each structure was accessed by any user last time. If you're already using that or a newer version, you might already have some statistics on your hands that can help to find abandoned structures. The column's data tracking starts from the moment when Structure is upgraded to that version, i.e. there is no tracking before that.
