SLA is not stoping

Andrei Ionut Sandu October 26, 2022

Hello,

We have an issue with SLA.

This one, 'Time to response - Low, was not set to ‘End/Stop’ at the transition. (see photos)

It’s still running at this time.

Also, we had this issue several times on different projects and SLAs.

Jira v8.16.1, Data Center

I know that I can reset them but I would like to know possible cause.

Thank you,

Hi @Andrei Ionut Sandu ,

that is Time to SLA app provided by Appfire. Try to contact Appfire support https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211843/time-to-sla?tab=support&hosting=server

Hi @Andrei Ionut Sandu

I see that the async option is enabled in your SLA definition which means that it calculates in the background (which is a good option not to impact transition times). I am sure you already refreshed the page and see that the SLA has not stopped, is that right?

Is that the only issue you're facing this problem or are all issues having the same problem?

Have you tried recalculating? Does that help? Anyway, I think it is best to raise a support ticket as @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ mentioned. I am sure the support team will help immediately. Please let me know if the problem continues as I am one of the folks behind Time to SLA.

Thanks!

I know how to puctually fix this and I have an open ticket for Appfire. I was curios if anyone else had this issue.

It occurs random, sometimes, not on all issues.

Ty anyway :)

Thanks for the reply. Could you please provide the ticket number so that I can check with the team?

Thanks
