Please view the problem I attached:
I'm getting the following problem:

  • Field 'TechCF for Time to resolution' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it. NOTE: I tried to edit jql but can't save itTime for resolution.PNG

Hi @Jamil Rahimov 

Jira proposes an ability to set SLA timer only for tickets from jira service desk. 

If you want to configure SLA rules for issues from jira core or software you need an app from the Atlassian marketplace, for example SLA time and report.  It allows set SLA for all project types.

I just need edit this SLA, I don't need any additional plugin.
After deleting and adding new SLA with same contents it works fine.
But after that SLA doesn't appear on issues.

Ok, sorry, I noticed your tag (jira software)

'Time to resolution' is the default SLA defined in Jira Service Desk. If you are using Jira service Desk , It should available in JQL, below is the example usage. Else if you are not using Jira Service Desk, this function will not be available in JQL.

Project = "Project name" AND "Time to resolution" <= 4h

Yeap jql is available.
The problem is: I can't save sla after editing jql:
