Sample report folder does not appear in EazyBI

HI all:

We have created a JSM project and when we try to use the Jira SM sample reports in EazyBI, the folder does not appear.

Only "Sample Jira Issues" folder appear. I renamed that folder and imported data again, but it does not show up.

Other JSM projects do have the Sample Jira Service Management folder.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Sample report folder for Jira SM automatically should be created if all the following requirements are met

1) at least one Jira SM project are selected

2) at least of of SLA fields are selected for import: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira/jira-service-management-custom-fields#JiraServiceManagementcustomfields-Importeddimensions,measures,andproperties

3) "Sample reports" is selected from the import options page.
