Saved filter with parameters?

Is there a way in JIRA of saving filters with specific headers without having to keep resetting my standard headers?

What do you mean by headers and having to reset? Can you provide an example?

My standard headers are these:

and I have other Filters that are like this where I want to share specific headings of data:

In this example the Export Tariff Code heading has changed to HS Codes.

however when I reopen the filter it has forgotten HS Codes and is displaying Export Customs Tariff Codes:

Should I have more options than this?
