Hey!
It really depends on how the other system is able to communicate. Most of the today systems have some kind of API you can call from whichever other system/script you want and you can send data trough it.
For example, Jira has it's REST API (https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/rest-apis/) which can be used to communicate with Jira.
Which system you want to integrate with (its name)?
Do you mean Oracle BI cloud Service?
If so, they have available REST API https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/bi-cloud/bicap/rest-endpoints.html
My guess is that there is no easy way to integrate these two. You either create your own interface (aka you will be accessing Oracle's REST API trough Scriptrunner to send data) or hope that somebody already did it and will be willing to share his solution.
I have found something, but I am not much into Oracle BI, so it might lead to nothing.

Have a nice day!
