If story is transaction to done, epic link not in closed status. Here epic link is a custom field.

My apologies for delayed. 

This is Parent field.

in a issue where the selected parent not to be in closed status for a particluar transistion.

we have script which is not triggred in tansistion screen.

What is the field type that is used for the Parent field? Are you referring to the standard Epic Link field as shown in the screenshot below?

yes, in cloud Epic field changed to parent field. we have no issue in server.

In cloud Epic link change to Parent. field type is
