Hi,
We are using ScriptRunner Enhanced Search to create the filter and use those filters as our Board Filter query. It runs every 10 mins automatically and everything is fine with that.
However, instead of an automated run if I sync the filter manually, the filter becomes private and no one in my team is able to view the board (as the filter query became private because of manual sync).
Is there a way to avoid "Filter Query" from becoming private and keep the same permission for the editor and viewer when synced manually?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Mahesh
Hi Mahesh,
I am really sorry for no-one seeing or responding to this message back in January!
This was a bug. Syncing the filter manually should not change the sharing permissions.
We have now released a fix for this which is live in production. Please let me know if you still see the same behaviour or notice any more bugs in future.
We do have a support channel for ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud that is monitored.
and also one for Enhanced Search standalone app
Best regards,
Romy
