How can I limit the visibility of Agile Scrum Boards from the Agile top menu to only users that have permissions to the project? We're a development firm and we don't want our clients to have visibility to every project we're working on.

  1. Go to the Agile Scrum/Kanban board
  2. Click on Configure
  3. Click on Edit Filter Shares under the Filter tab
  4. Add/remove the desired group or project

I hope it helps!

Cheers!

For me the only available option on the board is "Board settings", as I cannot find this setting there, I just wanted to ask you, could you please help me to find "Configure"?

Thanks in advance.

It is located on the right side of the board as you open the scrum board, under the button of "board". Under that you will find the option to "Configure".

Hope that helps.
