Scrum Board complete Sprint button grayed out

under my scrum board the complete the sprint button has turned to grey. I have not made any amendments. Settings have been checked and this function should work. can anymore suggest anything i may be missing and why this has stopped working.

Hi @Lisa Swaby Can you also check if you have multiple sprints running at the same time. If so, you need to filter on a sprint from the "All sprints" quick filter on your scrum board. The Complete sprint button will enable upon doing that. (screenshot attached)

Hi,

Is it possible the filter behind the Scrum Board includes projects you don't have access to?

If the filter has no projects listed, the board will assume you are looking through the entire list of projects, which means you may not have access to complete sprints if you don't have that permission in all projects.

Look at the bottom of the board settings page, it should list the projects involved in the filter.

yep - you must have Manage Sprints permission for All projects in a scrum board.

all projects are setup for sprints, it was working and now it isnt. we checked all the permissions. Do you have any further suggestions.

and include screenshot of the permission setting for each project illustrating where you are a member of the group/role that has manage sprint permission.

Hi Lisa,

Could you include one more screenshot of the bottom of the Board Settings -> General page? This would need to include the "Filter Query" and "Projects in board" items.

sure, it was under the filter query and i removed some projects and re-added and changed some of the analysis and the compete sprint button then displayed when i saved.
